OUR FOCUS is on developing critical thinking and Emotional intelligence. We encourage youth to question the appropriateness of solutions and the root causes of problems. By fostering empathy, we teach our participants to listen, explore, and understand deeply. Collaboration among diverse peers drives them to discover innovative and effective solutions. We believe that by understanding the unique perspectives and needs of our participants, and encouraging them to work together, we can create meaningful and sustainable change in our community.
